Refund policy

Due to the nature of this product and service:

  1. Refunds are only PARTIAL except on rare occasions explained below.
  2. Refunds can only be processed and given BEFORE the installation of the messages into your CRM.
  3. If you opt out of installation, full refunds CANNOT be given after we deliver the documents.

Occasions where FULL refunds are given:

  1. Work has not been started on creating your messages
  2. Your CRM does not have the full capabilities you need for a system
  3. You made a mistake at ordering, and we have NOT commenced the work of your messages.

How much can be given back for partial refund

This depends on how far we’re in the process.

If FULL messages are returned to you for review BEFORE installation and you disapprove and want a refund, only 33% will be refunded or $50, whichever is greater.

Once you ask for a refund at any point, production of the messages will be immediately STOPPED, and your refund processed, and what we have created will be handed to you in a Google Doc with no support, training, or corrections.

If, in the middle of production, you decide to refund, the amount will be deducted from our hourly rate of $125 and the number of hours spent on the project.

Process of service and refund

  1. Order is made
  2. Questionnaire is filled out by you
  3. Project Manager will reach out to you in 1 business day to greet.
  4. During the construction of the content, they’ll keep in contact.
  5. We internally review the documents BEFORE showing them to you.
  6. Once we finish internal review, you approve or disapprove the content.
  7. Once approval is given by you, we commence the installation into your CRM.
  8. Once the installation into the CRM begins, the Refund period ends.
