The one-man-buying company

This email won’t be for everyone.

Neither will the offer below.

(especially for those who desire to have employees)

But here goes anyway…

Years ago, I read a book called "The Company of One”.

It’s about how many “companies” today are actually run by one person with no employees.

And how any business can do it today with all the technology in place.

I can attest to it.

Cause I was doing it in land flipping.

And now with OmniDrip.

It might sound like a nightmare: not being able to take vacations, constantly working, etc.

But it’s actually the opposite.

Myself, and my peers who run one-man agencies, work far less than the CEO/owner with lots of employees to manage.

How’s it done?

Well, in yesterday’s email, I got talking about leverage.

And using “Other peoples systems”, "other peoples contractors", and engineering out the need for you, is a big factor in this.

For example, here's ”Engineering Yourself Out” in action:

In land flipping, I decided to NOT get on the phone with sellers but rather go into markets that had a need to sell, send them my offer in the mail, and the CTA was to write back or email back.

And that^ worked seriously well.

I’m not saying THIS^ exact scenario works for you or today.

But it’s just an example of engineering yourself out.

Another example (warning, blatant pitch coming):

Using Call Porters fractional Lead Management service.

You don’t have to train.

You don’t have to hire.

You don’t have to fire.

You just sign up and you have an experienced US-based lead manager (trained in REI) following up for you.

And they work in the OmniDrip system as well.

Now to get this offer…

You have to respond to me ASAP, because they only have 3-4 spots left.

They can’t take everyone and anyone under the sun.

Cause a fractional LM can only handle so many clients and they only train so many.

Just reply to this email and I’ll forward you to the man who’s answering questions and onboarding, Vince.
