Well that went bad…

Yesterday was the LIVE follow-up panel with Carrot and Investor Fuse.

That^ went amazing (and I’ll give you some highlights)!

HOWEVER….

What went bad was one of my automations broke yesterday right in the MIDDLE of our panel.

Where most of you probably got another email (either a “here’s your demo”, or “Letting my laundry out” email).

I had made changes to my welcome series and EVERYONE was added.

But that’s the nature of automation.

It often breaks.

… Things go wrong.

(funny… someone on the panel considered me an “automation expert” 😅 )

The truth is there are HUNDREDS of ways to run your business.

And in yesterday’s talk we had:

  • A small simple — 1-3 deal a month — investor who gets ALL his deals from SEO. He had very LITTLE follow up and only goes after low hanging fruits.

  • A larger operator how primarily does novations, with LOTS of deals and has lots of drips sequences and processes (he’s actually a client of mine)

  • A wholesaler has very LITTLE sequences, and doesn’t touch things like automations or novations.

(I talked about a lot. including direct mail follow-up. How that’ll be the “new thing” next year with SMS getting tighter.)

I would plug in the replay here…

But it’s not available yet.

So for now,

Check out this case study below from another investor.

He runs a tight ship with only him and a few VAs.

And he uses drips sequences
